Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed cohort seats when your written request arrives within the windows below and you meet the conditions for full or partial refund.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received at least 14 days before the cohort start date listed on your invoice. Requests inside 14 days may qualify only for partial credit as described next.

Full or partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, minus any non-refundable third-party venue fees explicitly itemized on the invoice. Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start, provided you have not accessed private cohort materials. No refund: within 4 days of start, after live session one begins, or after private materials are downloaded.

Non-refundable items

Custom Orbit Desk preparation already performed, third-party studio rentals booked at your request, and completed one-on-one office-hour tokens are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@switchscopebase.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original bank transfer route within 15 business days after approval. Currency matches the invoice unless banks require conversion.

Cancellation by Switchscopebase

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions may allow goodwill credits outside the windows above, evaluated case by case.
