Do I need a specific analytics vendor?
No. We work from your warehouse exports and event dictionary. Vendor UI tours are not the point.
What is a real limitation of this lab?
We cannot fix broken identity graphs or legal constraints on user stitching. If your org forbids cross-device linking, your scorecard will reflect incomplete paths — and we will not invent filler metrics to hide that.
Can two teammates share one seat?
No. Pathwright pricing is per learner because critiques and pitch slots are individual. Orbit Desk is the team format.
Is there a certificate?
Yes — a completion letter referencing your scorecard title. It is not an accredited degree.
